Laser Acupuncture works on many different levels both energetically and physically. Our Quit Smoking treatment uses state of the art technology combined with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.
A simple 45 minute treatment
Our treatment to help you quit smoking is simple, safe and most of all effective. The procedure lasts 45 minutes. Specific Acupuncture points are selected on the body which are then treated with the laser.
In addition to the Laser Acupuncture we complement your treatment with the use of Ear Magnets and Chinese Herbs (in easy to take capsule form). Everything is explained clearly when you arrive for your treatment.
How exactly does it work?
The Acupuncture points (acupoints) are treated and activated through the use of the laser light. It is the individual function of these acupoints as well as the combined effect of the acupoints that produce a result.
Acupuncture has the ability to send a signal to the brain with instructions based on the acupoint chosen.
The primary focus of the treatment is to supress the psychological craving directly in the brain. The treatment also focuses on preventing withdrawal symptoms by reducing anxiety, irritability and associated symptoms.
High Success Rate
Our treatment currently has a high rate of success. We have chosen not to publish our success rate as everyone is different and it does not represent the true effectiveness of the treatment.
Cost
The treatment costs $395 which is inclusive of the Laser Acupuncture, the Auricular Therapy and the Chinese Herbs.
What about other laser treatments?
There are other laser treatments on the market and you should know the difference. All our treatments are conducted by a fully qualified and trained Acupuncturist which means experience and knowledge. The Acupuncture points treated will always be lasered with pinpoint accuracy providing maximum benefit and effect. Other treatments may use more of a hit and miss approach and may not even use Acupuncture points and theory as the basis of the treatment. The laser we use is state of the art medical technology which we take alot of pride in. We do not use cheap or non medical lasers which may not provide any health benefits.
Other treatments?
We are disappointed at the amount of treatments out there that simply do not work. Our treatment is very different as we do not rely on any MENTAL effects. Our treatments are a PHYSICAL treatment producing a BIOCHEMICAL effect and more importantly results.
Before your treatment
Please make sure you have thrown out all your cigarettes at home and in your possession prior to arriving for your treatment. You may surrender any unfinished cigarrettes at our clinics.
